How much money can you make driving OTR with us? Last year, the 12-month earning average was near $50k. Since then, we've introduced a top-end pay increase and our starting base mileage rate is now up to 42 cpm, with earning potential up to 47 cpm.

With as little as three months experience, you can drive with us and earn a great living.

With regular cent per mile increases, your base rate increases up to 45 cpm. And add the monthly performance bonus, which over 50% of our drivers currently receive, and you can make up to 47 cpm. You're eligible for the bonus immediately, with no waiting period. Even starting out with us, drivers are making up to 44 cpm. Add to that any short-haul, accessorial and driver-referral bonus earnings, and it's easy to see why our drivers out-earn others in the industry.

Our OTR fleet is 100% conventional, consisting primarily of Freightliner® Century Class tractors with 455-hp Detroit diesel engines and several hundred International® 9400i high-rise sleepers, featuring the 435-hp ISX engine. Both models offer 10-speed transmissions, aluminum wheels, and comfortable interiors.

Driving OTR includes many advantages:
