Our Recent Graduate Program is available for recent graduates of an accredited, 140 hour minimum, truck driving school with 6 weeks of experience  This program is not currently available for graduates living west of I-35.

Upon graduation qualified graduates will attend a 3 day paid orientation. We should have an orientation site near you.  We will arrange and pay for your travel & provide a hotel and meals.  Upon your orientation completion we will match you with a certified trainer.  You will spend 6 weeks with your trainer.  During your 6 weeks with your trainer you will earn a salary of  $375.00 per week.  

Upon completion of your 6 week training program you will be issued an assigned tractor. You will then run solo and enjoy THE BEST STARTING PAY IN THE INDUSTRY!

Step 1: Driver Training Course
While most transportation companies require contracts similar to that of a standard military enlistment term, we will provide the training you need to start your career — with no long-term obligation or binding contract.
Our training program was specifically designed for veterans by veterans. It begins with an accredited driver-training course which combines classroom study with the best in behind-the-wheel instruction. Training is determined by your experience level and typically last three to five weeks. Upon graduation, you'll receive your class A commercial driver's license (CDL) and be one step closer to realizing your dream of becoming a professional truck driver.

Step 2: Skills-Finishing Program
Following completion of driver training, you'll be paired with a  Certified Driver-Finisher who will mentor you through your final weeks of training.

Likewise, if you already have an active CDL but don't meet our required minimum of three months driving experience, you may qualify to bypass classroom training. You'll be scheduled for a skills-assessment at a  Service Center, where your driving and shifting abilities will be put to the test. If successful, you may be able to enter our Finishing Program directly.

As a co-driver in the Finishing Program, you will have the opportunity to put your driving skills to practical use in a variety of real-world scenarios. Unlike other programs, our program is focused on providing you with hands-on experience under the watchful guidance of a professional. While some carriers may utilize trainees as team drivers, our emphasis is on preparing you for solo driving. You can expect to complete about 90% of the driving during your finishing course.

You'll be paid a rate of $375 per week while in the six week Finishing Program. Once you complete the program and pass your final  road-driving test, you will be upgraded to "first-seat driver" status and take dispatch as a fully-qualified solo driver. At this time, you'll begin earning a starting base mileage rate from 37 to 40 cents per mile, depending on the pay plan for your state of residence. You can expect average earnings near $50k per year as a driver.
